I picked up your book the other day, and just wanted to let you know this is top-notch work! Very high quality work, extremely well-organized. It speaks at just the right level, working well both as an overview (chapters 1 & 2), and as a reference. I especially appreciate your attention to organization and writing an excellent table of contents.
